    Over priced plans and poor customer service. I went back to TD Canada Trust.. Better hours and better customer service.

    Horrible customer service and ridiculous fees, what are we paying for???service to their customers is virtually , non- existent. The banks make millions but when we ask for assistance we are directed to automatic tellers or told we will have to wait for days for foreign currency.

    We are and have always been treated really well! Wonderful staff! Thank you, Emily, Tyler, Cheryl Anne, great reception, friendly tellers, etc., for being so good to us!
