    As soon as we walked in the door there were no hellos but enough stares to go around. Also there were two staff members casually sitting on a couch playing games on their cellphones. Not impressed with the service at all

    Overheard showroom staff making racist remarks about customers after they left and the issues and deficiencies of other customers. Terrible environment. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

    Had good help in picking out a new mattress but the they didn't actually carry the one I wanted from the flyer.
