I should say ,though, some units do have heat & some do have fridges.

On the positive side, Sherwood Motel offers a convenient place to go to esp if you're visiting someone at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The rooms are not too expensive & they do have cable tv service. The beds are also made daily.

Also, I am not sure if there is place to wash & dry clothes.

Has a local family of foxes easy to see at dusk. Adorable.

The location is good, close enough to the main part of the city as long as your driving. It's close to the airport but you're not bothered by any of the planes. The rooms are basic but great for the price. The room we were in had a little kitchen area with plates and stuff that came in handy. We were also allowed to have our two small dogs for now extra charge. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast in the morning was pretty good too. Only small issue was there was a family of foxes that kept coming by our door at night and made me worry about our dogs getting hurt when we had them out. We've stayed there a few times and this was the first time we've had this issue. Over all a good stay.

Simple motel + kitchenette. Fresh paint all around, bathroom very clean and no cracks in bathtub, A/C in good working order.

Finally tried out breakfast: it's a full spread. Bread, (nice) bagels, eggs, bacon, sausages, fried potatoes, fruits, yogurt, tea, coffee, cereal. Delicious and healthy options

The place is your basic average low cost motel. It is located a bit outside of downtown Charlottetown, but close enough to the mall and major box stores in what could be called the city's uptown area. It is right across the road from the airport if you are flying on and off of the island. It is no frills, but it provides all of the basic amenities and good service. The rooms also have small kitchenettes which helps you save money from the high cost of eating out all of the time while on the island. It is an older property, but it was clean and there was a continental breakfast offered every morning.

What is not so good is the lack of heat in my unit. Today it is a surprisingly cool in my unit. There is hot water for a patron to have a bath & the water is hot but there is no fridge. Overall I could not recommend my unit.

Very arrogant and rude person at the front desk. The room had a kitchenette which is nice but you get to smell the food made by the previous people during your entire stay. The place is old and the room was clean but small. Breakfast area was crowded and one employee was touching breakfast items with bare hand while preparing them. She was cutting the watermelon in the sink and wasn't wearing gloves. I paid $140 + tax for one room which I think was very expensive.
