  Waitress was incredible and nice which was the highlight of are whole meal. Unsure if it was a bad evening for them when we went but the people beside us had issues and were unhappy with the food tried to be optimistic but my boyfriend found a human hair in his food and my waffle for my chicken and waffles was burnt to a crisp was offered a free dessert even though we were unable to eat half of are good not really a fair trade off. I do not blame the front end staff at all they were pleasent and apologetic but maybe the staff in the kitchen need a refresher course. I'd only recommend for the environment and front staff not the food.

  Food was hot and service not too bad. Temperature was freezing. When I mentioned this I was turned off. Told temperature in kitchen set temperature in dining room. Did not take long for food or myself to cool.off. very uncomfortable to sit with my coat on and eat my lunch.

  Should be a 3 stars visit but the restaurant is fairly new so they need to work out some kinks. The food was good and our waitress was great as well. The issue is with the welcome, where I had to wait for about 4 minutes before someone adressed me at peak lunch time. Even is the hostess came by the counter 3 times, she never acknowledged I was there and finally came back around to ask me how many people we were. After saying 2, she was about to sit us before other people that were there before us because she had not written down anything. New concept restaurant, looks nice, will be a great place once it has a few months behind it.

  Good food and great service. Prices are a bit high and add ons even higher. Had Some issues with our meal last time but the server was able to compensate us fairly.
