    There's so many things they can do to improve this downtown "mall"

    Great shoe store - Uptown Shoes - with all the top brands. Especially love the Guess shoes. Lots of quality fashion brands in several ladies shops.

    In the middle of a long, slow slide into empty irrelevance. Pretty well all that's left is a Shoppers Drug Mart, a wicker place and a (pretty good) food court. I only hope there are plans for improvement, as the trajectory is not good given past trends.
